Welcoming Shabbat with Adon Olam Sung to Les Miserables "One Day More"

With the Shavuot holiday in our rear view mirror, we're getting ready to go back to shul for Shabbat, which starts tonight.

Today we're sharing a new version of Adon Olam by Cantor Arik Luck of San Francisco's Congregation Emanu-El.

It's based on the song One Day More, from the Broadway musical and film Les Miserables.

Cantor Luck is a member of the American Conference of Cantors (ACC), was a founding member and former president of the Reform Cantors of Chicago (RCC), holds a Masters Degree of Sacred Music from the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion, Debbie Friedman School of Sacred Music, and was ordained as a cantor by HUC-JIR DFSSM in 2009.

Cantor Luck is a recording artist and you can listen to his release, Moishe Oysher: The Master Singer of His People.

Enjoy, and Shabbat shalom!
